We've Found Our Executive Director!!

Dear friends,
As many of you know, the Circle City Chamber Group has put a great deal of time and effort into showcasing the best artists from around the city. You also know that over the last 18 months our staff has grown from just Katelin Reeves and myself talking about a new group over drinks after our shift at a downtown nightclub, to a staff of 12 amazing volunteers and an Advisory Board like no other. At every turn, we find more and more great personalities to add to the mix, each bringing their own perspective on the community, along with a wealth of knowledge, experience and ideas. Well, today is no different.
After sifting through a number of impressive résumés and interviewing candidates, the Circle City Chamber Group is excited to announce the appointment of our first Executive Director: Mr. HR Jung!
HR - short for Herman Robert - was selected to be the CCCG Executive Director because of his extensive experience in the arts as both artist and administrator. An Indianapolis resident of 15 years and Butler University graduate, HR brings an intimate knowledge of the arts scene of Indianapolis and a knack for helping organizations succeed and flourish. For more information about HR, please visit his CCCG webpage at www.circlecitychambergroup.org/hrjung.
We can't be more thrilled to have found HR, or more excited to see him take the helm of the most enterprising organizations in the city. We've been called "The Gateway to the Arts", and now we've found our Gate Keeper. Stay tuned for details about our upcoming "Welcome" party for our new ED, and your chance to meet and talk with HR.
On behalf of the entire Circle City Chamber Group family, I wish everyone a happy and healthy holiday, and all the very best in 2010.
Sincerely,
Andrew Lyon
