A World Premiere Performance at the Canterbury Hotel

Kick off 2009 in style with the Circle City Chamber Group at 6 p.m., in the beautiful atrium of the Canterbury Hotel, for an event featuring gourmet hors d'oeuvers by Canterbury Catering, signature drinks by Ciroc Vodka and Nuvo Liquor, and fine chocolates by Litterally Divine Toffee and Truffles. While enjoying the wonderful fare, peruse an exhibit of award-winning photography by Joslyn Virgin, who will be on hand to meet with guests and talk about her work and passion.
At 7 p.m., the CCCG Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Music Director Andrew J. Lyon, welcomes Indianapolis mezzo-soprano Lexa Ferrill and pianist Kate Boyd for works by Ned Rorem, followed by the World Premiere performance of "Woods", written by acclaimed composer and Butler University alum Aaron Krerowicz.
